Return Policy

CycleChic will be happy to return your purchase (minus $5 handling fee) within 15 days provided: the product has not been worn, altered, or laundered. Please return with all tags in place and original invoice. The item is yours until we receive it. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. You are responsible for the return postage. We recommend you return your item insured. Insuring allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. Upon receipt of your item we will process your refund within 5 business days.
